September’s social for The Hilltop Pride was an arcade night at Barcadia! Barcadia is part bar and kitchen and part arcade that fosters a fun dive atmosphere with free-to-play games in East Dallas.
We had members join us for happy hour at the bar with some light apps and sides as we all took turns playing some classic (Pac-man and Skee Ball) and not-so-classic games (Mario Cart and boxing). We were having so much fun we didn’t even notice the time and wound up staying an hour past the projected end time bonding over a board game, Bad People. It was an incredibly silly game that was not for the faint of heart.
As the weather begins to cool, we look forward to joining together again in October for more fun games, good food and excellent company – this time outside!
