We are very happy to report that through your efforts, we are on track to satisfy our Black Tie Dinner volunteer requirements. Thank you VERY much for your help!
That said, we are still needing many volunteers for our Pride Festival this Sunday. There is also a prep day on Saturday if someone wants to volunteer but cannot come or does not want to volunteer on Sunday. Please see the available shifts below and please help us motivate your team to sign up. Thank you in advance for your help!!

FREE Tickets to the Festival (Remember, EVERYONE needs a ticket. Please help us share and reiterate this message with your team.)
Helping our vendors to get checked-in, find their assigned location(s), and get setup is a critical part of the process and sets the tone (and flow) for the day.
Please prioritize your resources to the vendor team slots first, if possible. The list is in priority order.
